This remains in Fedora 2.0 for backward compatibility. It assumes METS-Fedora as the ingest format. It will be removed in a future version. Replaced by FedoraAPIMBindingSOAPHTTPImpl.ingest(byte[], String, String)

As of Version 2.1 of the Java Servlet API, use HttpServletRequestWrapper.isRequestedSessionIdFromURL().
